Resetings problem with members

Hi. Today I just saw that one of my alliance members has been reset. All the others are fine, but this member, just have +0, +0 +0.And before he was somthing like... +3'000 point, +55 rank, +x% etc etc. I dnt understand the reason of that. Any suggestion? |
