Displays full comments instead of a single line in Slashdot's RSS

Cleans up a lot of the wasted space on slashdot's new page. Removes some unwanted items.

Makes slashdot's header and sidebar scroll with the page again.

Removes "Slashdot ***** Story| " prefixes from tab title

Edit (X)HTML comments comfortably on Slashdot

Removes all content on Slashdot except News and Comments.

I took "Slashdot: italics swap, topics skin" one step further and just went ahead and redid the entire front page. I like it a lot and I may go deeper into the site.
