I wrote this script because I constantly forget to track my hours in Harvest. All it does is pop Growl alerts every 45 seconds that remind you to track your hours.
This script was written for Fluid SSB (fluidapp.com), and it takes advantage of Fluid's JS API to show the Growl messages. It will not work in any other environment.
