Thumb Thumb

Discontinued

This userscript has been discontinued because of Gmail's massive code changes and the fact that they have incorporated changing your background to any image you want. Thank you to everyone that used this script!

It's highly recommended to use the Custom Colors theme in Gmail with this script. I'm not sure if the other themes play nicely with it.

This script is developed on and tested with the latest version of Firefox.

Changelog:

1.0.5 - 2011/01/21

+Customize module colors
+Now works with Firefox 4 (latest beta, Scriptish)
+Alpha support for Google Chrome with Tampermonkey!

Sorry for the massive delay in updates... if anyone has any problems or feature requests, let me know by creating a discussion on userscripts.org

I’m hoping to update this to work with Google Chrome soon. Right now the script loads and runs through Tampermonkey, but saving options and stuff is wonky.

+Compatibility update for the CloudMagic extension
+Slightly improved startup response

1.0.3 - 2010/08/04

+Fixed compatibility with most, if not all, themes
+Changed default theme settings
+Added ‘Theme-Specific Logo’ to the Logo menu

+Changed how the updater sees new lines

1.0.1 - 2010/08/01

+Added a Stretch option to the Background Scrolling Type menu
+Added the original Buzz icon to the dropdown box

1.0.0 - 2010/08/01

Web-based interface for changing options. Optimized code, and upgraded updater function.

0.5.0 - 2010/07/19

Inclusion of saving a style. Suppose you want to only have your custom theme applied on your computer with the script installed, and you want a different theme when you use Gmail on-the-go. Saving your custom style allows you to change your theme to something different on a public computer while maintaining how it looks on your home computer.

Support for all themes isn't included yet, if you want me to update it, let me know.
