Adds a nice clear "Check now" button on top of your inbox to instantly check for new e-mails on your pop3 accounts. There is also a dropdownlist to select the interval of auto-fetching. You can choose between:

Manual
15 min. (allowed minimum)
30 min.
45 min.
1 hour

You don't have to wait for an whole hour or go to the Accounts panel to download your e-mails anymore. Very easy and convinient. Based on the "GMail POP3 Quick Checker" by Tim.
