Unfortunately, DICE have permanently closed up the ability to upload your own images. You can see the Tweet at https://twitter.com/BetterBattlelog/status/2694... where DICE confirms that they have done so. Better Battlelog have created a new system whereby platoon images are uploaded to their servers, then replaced on clients running the plugin. This works great for people who use BBLog, but anyone who doesn't use it won't be able to see your custom image. It's certainly not an ideal system, and I will never support something like it.
As such, development my script is stopped until such a time that I (or someone else) can find an actual solution which works for everyone (which is unlikely to say the least).
