Script Summary: Repairs links to images that are hosted on ImageVenue, TurboImageHost, ImageTwist and others

This script rebuilds links from scratch and thereby removes crap like Linkbucks and URLCash, even on sites like URLGalleries.net where the real URL isn't visible. It does this by looking at the thumbnail location rather than the link location.
