Script Summary: Updates your Facebook status with your twitter status
This script will make your Facebook status the same as your twitter status.
When you first install it, it asks you for your twitter username (in a text box above your status on the homepage). It doesn't ask for your password (in other words, it doesn't verify that that username is yours), so please don't abuse it.
Once installed, whenever your facebook homepage loads, it checks your current twitter status, and if your facebook status is different, it sets your facebook status to your twitter status.
It won't change the status if your Twitter status starts with "I " (e.g. I am sleeping), "{someone} is" (e.g. Bob is sleeping), or "@" (e.g., @somebody Hi!).
I recommend you use this script with some other script/extension that allows you to auto-reload the facebook homepage.
Update (22 Aug 07): I discovered a bug today that caused a status with a quotation mark to not update properly, but instead put a " in its place. I fixed that problem (with a little help from Prototype), and then discovered another bug that occurs when you have a quotation mark at the end of your status. I've now fixed that problem, too. If you're having either of these problems, upgrade to the most recent version.
Update (28 Aug 07): I added a "Twitter Update" link next to the "edit" button in the status area so that you can automatically update your status from Twitter without having to reload the Facebook homepage.
